WE KEEP YOUR EQUIPMENT RUNNING

Xoda installs control panels, HVAC controls and access-control hardware in Austin, then stays on the account for the maintenance and repair calls that come after. No handoff to a subcontractor once the invoice clears.

What happens after you dial the number

Three calls come in a week: equipment down, a scheduled inspection, or a walkthrough for a new install. Each one runs the same three-step sequence, and none of them get shortcuts.

Same-day dispatch means the technician leaves within the hour

That's the standard we hold ourselves to on equipment-down calls, not that the truck rolls whenever there's a gap in the schedule. Tell dispatch what the equipment is and where it sits, and the technician who calls you back is the one who's coming, not a scheduler reading from a script.

02 — Inspection

Every visit starts with a walkthrough, not a guess

Wiring and terminals get checked first, then the control loop gets calibrated against the actual setpoint, not the factory default. A control panel that hums is not the same as a control panel that's calibrated, and we've pulled enough panels apart to know the difference by the second minute in front of the cabinet.

03 — Report

Every maintenance visit ends with a signed sheet, not a shrug

The site contact gets a written record of what was checked, what was adjusted and what to watch before the next scheduled visit. If the fix needs a part we don't stock, we say so on the phone, not after the drive out — that's written into how dispatch answers the first call, before a van ever leaves the yard.

One crew installs the system. The same crew maintains it.

A technician who never has to come back for their own install cuts different corners than one who knows they'll be standing in front of that same panel in ninety days. We don't rip out equipment that still works just to sell new equipment — we maintain what's there until it genuinely needs replacing.

About the crew

A small crew that answers its own phone

Xoda is a tightly run field crew based in Austin, not a dispatch call center reading from a queue. The owner still answers the phone, which means the person quoting the job is often the person who shows up to do it. That continuity is the whole pitch: one crew, one job history per site, no handoff to a subcontractor once the invoice clears.
