Installation and commissioning, preventive maintenance, emergency repair, retrofit upgrades and remote monitoring — the same crew handles every one of them, for control panels, HVAC controls, access-control hardware and the automation modules that tie them together.
Installation & Commissioning
This is the job that starts every account: a new control panel, an HVAC controller, an access-control head-end or an automation module going into a building that's never had it before. We terminate the wiring ourselves, run the control loop through calibration against the actual setpoint the site needs, not a factory default, and walk the whole thing before we call it done.
The visit ends with a signed commissioning report — what was installed, what it was set to, what the site contact should watch in the first month. No handshake and a verbal "you're good." Suits a new build, a gut-renovated plant room, or a system that's been sitting unconnected since a general contractor left the site.

Preventive Maintenance Plan
Quarterly or monthly, depending on the equipment and how hard the building runs it. A rooftop HVAC unit in Austin in July gets checked more often than a lightly used access panel. Either way it's a written inspection sheet, not someone glancing at the cabinet and signing off on the way to the next stop.
We check filters, belts, contactors, sensor drift and control-loop response, and note anything trending toward a failure before it becomes an emergency call. Suits any building that can't afford unplanned downtime on its HVAC, access or automation systems — a clinic, a server room, a retail floor with a lease that specifies working climate control.

Emergency Repair & Callout
Equipment down, on a weekend, at night, whenever it actually happens. Same-day dispatch means the technician leaves within the hour, not that the truck rolls whenever. We show up with the van stocked, not half-loaded, because the failure modes we see most often — a tripped breaker that keeps tripping, a failed contactor, a sensor reading open — have parts sitting in the van already.
If the fix needs a part we don't stock, we say so on the phone, not after the drive out, so the site contact isn't standing around while we go source it. Suits any account where downtime costs more than the callout fee, which is most of them.

Retrofit & Automation Upgrade
Old automation modules and wiring get swapped for current hardware without tearing out the parts of the system that still work. We don't rip out equipment that still works just to sell new equipment. If the field wiring is sound and the sensors are reading true, the retrofit is the module, the firmware and the labeling, not a full rebuild billed as one.
A site survey comes first — what's original wiring versus what's already been touched, and what the building actually needs the upgraded system to do next. Suits buildings running control hardware from a previous decade that's starting to lose parts availability, or an owner who inherited a system nobody documented.

Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics
A sensor module goes on the equipment being watched, logging data continuously instead of waiting for a scheduled visit to notice drift. We review the log weekly, and a fault that's trending gets flagged before it turns into a callout — a compressor drawing more current than it did last month, a control loop hunting instead of settling.
This runs alongside a maintenance plan or on its own, and it doesn't replace a technician walking the site; it tells us when to send one sooner than scheduled. Suits equipment where an unnoticed failure gets expensive fast — refrigeration, server-room cooling, access systems that can't go dark.
